Anybody else’s toddlers start hating baths out of nowhere?

Mine hates getting his hair washed and always has but enjoys the rest so much he wants to stay in the tub and play even when he’s done getting washed up. Today he went ballistic. Kept trying to climb on me to get out of the tub and soaked me. The water wasn’t too hot, everything else was normal. And I’m the only one that has ever bathed him. So I’m wondering is this normal for an almost 2 year old? He doesn’t talk much yet so he can’t communicate with me why he didn’t want to today.
