So on Monday my husband had a flight to leave and meet up with his deployed ship. This is our second deployment, but it has been 4 years since, but my mom will spend a few days here and there to help me and our children out.

That Monday I had called my mom and said I need you, we’re heading to the airport, I was so sad. My oldest child was sick at the same time so I was overly overwhelmed.

My mom lives with her boyfriend and his family. She has to take care of him pretty much, he has something wrong with his legs. She calls me back after asking if she could be with me and my kids for a few days hysterically crying saying He told me if I walked out the door, that I’m not welcome back. I video chatted her and her boyfriend’s mom was in the background telling me That she didn’t know why I had children, if I needed help and his mom also told me “my son is disabled, I work, and he needs 24/7 care”. They are completely using my mom. They even take her whole social security check to pay their $800 van payment.

I ended up having to just go back home (50 mins away from the airport and her house) because my kid was just sick and it was 8 at night. So I thought it was better to just drive home.

My mom now says she’s fine but I literally can’t get over this
