I grew up never having birthday parties as I didn’t have many friends. Now I’m turning 22, I’m having a couple close friends and some work colleagues, as well as my man. In all about 10 people. We’re going to my favourite restaurant and I’m super excited. The problem is I’m not sure how to engage in conversation with everyone at the table. On top of that you can’t talk much while you eat, am I just overthinking this? And again my close friends and work colleagues are different friend groups that haven’t met each other, how do i introduce them all. Do I just let them talk amongst themselves? I’m super anxious and again this is my first time having a birthday people with tons of friends, it’s all so new to me!
