Hemorrhoid cream that’s safe?

I’m 17 weeks and have the ulcerative colitis and the hemorrhoids from hell right now. Is there any hemorrhoid cream that is safe for pregnancy? I need something to soothe. It is SO sore it hurts to walk

Get yourself a sitz bath and some Epsom salts, and also some Tucks wipes.

You can use regular hemorrhoid creams.  Personally, I preferred the medicated wet wipes then would slather on coconut oil to reduce friction pain. It worked better than vaseline or the creams imo. I also got a handheld shower head and just washed waist down after every bowel movement I had at home.

I got a prescription lidocaine spray/cream from my doctor during my last pregnancy when I got a thrombosed hemorrhoid. That pain was worse than labor and delivery.
