Daughter still has Vaccine Nodule after a Year

You know those bumps/nodules your child gets after a vaccination that they say will go away after awhile and to massage to break it up? Well my daughter hasn’t been vaccinated in over a year, and she still has one. It bothers her too. It’s itchy and seems painful if I press on it. She scratches it all the time, to the point that she has scabs and keeps reopening up the scratches, making them bleed. I also think her behavior is worse when it’s bothering her. I want to get rid of it and I’m wondering if anyone has any experience with this and helpful tips. I have her taking a vaccine detox remedy, but that’s a 6 week process and we are on the second week. I’m open to suggestions! Thanks in advance!!
