I need to wean ASAP

I need all the advice I can get so please help! My baby just turned 1 on Oct. 28th and she has been exclusively breastfed. She is my 2nd baby and with my first I only breastfed her 3 months then she was formula fed. Well since this was the first time I’ve completely breastfed a baby I didn’t really know what it really was like to exclusively breastfeed a baby. So throughout this year of breastfeeding I’ve been so mentally exhausted and I’ve been counting down the days till she turned a year old to just cut her off and take control of my life back and get a second to myself but unfortunately it is not going well because she wants nothing to do with any bottle or any other milk other than the breast. I don’t know why my baby ever since birth has been kinda “mean” and aggressive in a way that I didn’t experience with my 1st baby girl. But breastfeeding is really deteriorating my mental health because of the fact that my baby does not sleep for more than 30 mins for naps during the day and is feeding literally ALL DAY LONG. She HATES being put down for any reason whatsoever. Even if I’m right next to her going to reach for something she’s screaming her head off. She does NOT independently play because all she wants is to be carried by me. The most she will play would be like 10 mins before she’s had enough and is screaming. I’m a SAHM and I can NEVER get anything done without her in my arms or it’s just a screaming match till she gets picked up and is just so so so overwhelming I don’t know what to do. I’ve started to get a feeling of rage because of the fact that she just doesn’t let me get a second to myself to use the bathroom without screaming or without wanting to feed. I could go on but I just really need some help. I do feel bad taking her off the breast because it’s all she wants but I just mentally and physically can not take it anymore. She also has been BLW since 4 months she’s an AMAZING eater absolutely no worries about her not getting fed because she eats more than my 3yr old. She also didn’t get her bottom teeth till a week before her first birthday but that never stopped her from eating everything without restriction. Any help is appreciated.
