I really hate to come here for this kind of conversation, but I kind of need some opinions. Me and my ex share a four-year-old daughter. We both work. He makes about double my income. I have to work around his schedule because we do not have a babysitter, and he is in management so he has to work a certain schedule and a certain amount of hours. I'm really really struggling to pay my rent and bills. He does take care of her and he does keep her some times but with the hours that I work, I am barely making it. He doesn't give me anything even when I tell him that I need help. He says he's not responsible for my household, even when she is here. I hate to go to the child support route, but I really don't know what else to do because he's moving up in life and I am moving down. He is a good dad for the most part but when she's in my hands, I need to make sure I have what I need. I understand if I was just not working because I didn't want to, but I'm literally going based off of his schedule.  I do have her most of the time because he works 10 hour shifts five days a week. please no rude comments I just want opinions.
