Could I be pregnant ‼️

To make a long story short my Nexplanon birth control was set to expire on October 26th and I went and got a replacement on October 25th a day earlier! They didn’t say anything to me about waiting to have sex so me and my boyfriend thought nothing of it and did our regular thing maybe a day or so after me getting it. Fast forward to now my period is a day late! Usually it’s a little all over the place so I’m not too worried. I guess my question is should I be concerned because I didn’t wait a week ?
