Can early pregnancy cause ovarian cysts?

I know this seems like such a stupid question but on Wednesday the 1st my boyfriends condom came off all the way inside of me after he came.

Fast forward to Saturday i had a throbbing pain in my lower right abdomen i chalked up to ovulation and ignored. It did not go away and I started feeling really sick and crampy a few days later and on the 7th my doctor told me to go to the ER in fear of appendicitis. It turns out i have a cyst on my right ovary presumably causing all of this. It’s only been 8/9ish days since the incident so I don’t want to waste a test now but I’m wondering if anyone has had these symptoms/developed a cyst from conceiving/very early pregnancy. I know its a long shot but it just seems like such a weird coincidence that those things happened so close together.

Side note: I am also super nauseous and have to pee every 2 seconds which are also both signs of ovarian cysts but also pregnancy.

Also, I know it seems too soon for anything to happen but my cycles are short and I got a positive test at 7DPO with my daughter.
