Can I drink this while pregnant?

Hey ladies! First time mama here and I have been seriously craving soda so ridiculously bad. I’ve allowed myself to only have ginger ale but I’m wanting something with more flavor. I enjoy these and the poppi drinks while not pregnant. But can I enjoy it while pregnant?

Everything I’ve read is that it’s ok in moderation. I probably wouldn’t drink them daily but an occasional one isn’t going to hurt. There’s many articles on it and it may come down to just doing your own research.

Regular soda is a better option. Not diet sodas. Real can sugar options are better.
