Help! At My Wits End with Birth Control

I have tried the pill (Junel Fe, Larin Fe, Balziva, Nortrel Fe), the patch (Zafemy), and the ring (Eluryng). I was on the pill (Junel Fe/Larin Fe) for years and I swapped because I didn’t have a period for about 3 months at a time (which was great) but when I did, I bled the week before the placebo week. I told my gyno because I thought maybe it wasn’t effective or wasn’t good for me and she was concerned so she switched me. I tried the patch, it would not stick worth a crap anywhere I put it. So I went to the ring. And oh boy where to start with the ring. It gave me headaches, nausea, mood swings, the worst temper, weight gain, no sex drive, discomfort during sex, and my hair fell out more plus it would not stay put after the first week or two with each ring. So this time, instead of putting the ring back in, I went back to my spare patches yesterday. Well, low and behold, it fell off today so I had to put another one on. I am at my wits end. I don’t really want to go back to a pill because it makes me anxious about getting sick and throwing up my pill plus having to carry it everywhere. I don’t want depo or the arm implant at all and the Nurse Practioner I just spoke to told me that they wouldn’t even put an IUD in if I was thinking about having kids in 5 years (which I may or may not, idk yet) and my mom’s opposed to it. Help 🤦🏼‍♀️
