Is it safe to always skip the placebo pills in birth controls packs? I take Camrese, which is a combination pill. It gets rid of my period entirely, which I haven’t had for five years now. I’m just worried that this is negatively effecting my mind and body more than I realize.

Completely safe & fine to skip the placebo pills. They don’t have any hormones in them & are basically just there to help keep u in the habit of taking a pill everyday. Many women skip those pills. So, as long as u can remember to start new packs on time without them, then there’s no need for them.
