Dreams and interpretations **mention of loss**

Hello, Im someone who belives a bit about dream theory and I have deep extremely vivid dreams and other sleep disorders but I'm struggling with a recent dream I had. A couple nights ago I woke up after dreaming specially of losing a pregnancy. In the dream I was quite far along and everything happening was very grafic and detailed. I remember being in a bathroom falling to my knees and crawling but the worse it got the farther away the door to leave the bathroom went. I felt helpless and afraid I was all alone I called out for help but it was just silent. It all felt so real like a premonition. If anyone knows a bit about dream theory id appreciate your perspective on this.
