Picking up and holding newborn
I have my first newborn since Wednesday! I am over the moon but I am always afraid of picking up or holding him, because I am afraid to damaging him or do something that’s not good for him.
Has anyone feel the same? Is there recommendation or videos on how. Ester hold them?
