Bladder pain??

Question

I keep getting sharp stabbing your pain in right side of my bladder area. I’m not sure if this is normal, or concerning. I will follow up with my midwife but I don’t want to call if it’s normal. 
It is random. Lasts about 5 seconds. Moving doesn’t help it stop. It is enough to make me jump a little. 
I am six weeks Wednesday

Usually stabbing pain is associated with nerves so sounds a bit like round ligament pain. Does it hurt more when you move or twist quickly. I get it when I turn over in bed a lot. Also 6 weeks. I found I got it pretty early with all of my pregnancies. If your concerned though so speak with your midwife to check.
