Not sure what to do , I need some advice. My bd and I separated 5 years ago and he has never helped me out. He has never asked if I needed help. But I was always there when he needed something. No questions asked. And he is very ungrateful for all of that. I filed for child support and in September 2023 it went through. He stopped working. So I’m no longer getting paid. I found out today he is now having a kid with his gf very soon. I’m not sure if I should take this to court now and let them deal with him or just ignore everything . I do everything on my own. And I coparent with his parents cause he never has anything nice to say to me when we speak.. maybe I’m a little sensitive too cause he doesn’t want to help me out with his first two children and he is out there having kids left and right.
