Rough sex bleeding?

I’m slightly concerned because my SO and I had sex the first in maybe 2 weeks and this particular time was rough. Well the morning after, I was bleeding light to moderately..I do have cramps and my period doesn’t start until 5 days later. Could it have jumpstarted my period or just from the rough sex…it’s currently day 2 and I’m still bleeding enough to show on a pad but not enough to go through pad and panties. I don’t think it’s implantation because it was the morning after and the blood is red red 🩸to dark red. There are small clots..

Is there an advice, I am pretty worried about it?

Update I stopped bleeding at 3 or so days but I’m still worried about it.
