My 3.5 year old has been complaining that her ear hurts since Sunday night. She doesn’t have a fever so it’s not infected yet but when should it become more of a concern enough to go to the doctor? Not until it develops a fever?

She came home from school today and passed out in her bed at 4pm which is completely unlike her and she already had a nap at preschool for an hour. And she’s just not acting like herself😞
