Has anyone had this??

My period is 11days late, negative pregnancy test, and Im pretty sure I ovulated late. It says I was supposed to ovulate October 24th as my highest day but i noticed I was dry and the 28th of October I had a gush of discharge. I'm having a light discharge with some blood can this be implantation. It's been going on since yesterday not every time I wipe though so I'm just confused. I wore a liner all day to see if it was my period and the discharge didn't even fill the whole liner.
