Clitoral stimulation is how most women climax. Via masturbation or with partners. Most women do not climax with penetration alone. Obviously there is manual simulation with your fingers. Some women hump pillows with the underwear on. Some use pulsating shower heads. And obviously vibration is an option. Vibrators, personal massages.
