When to move younger child in same room as older sibling?

I live in a two bedroom condo, I have a 2 year old (she will be 3 next summer) and plan to have another child. At what age is appropriate to put the younger one with the older child in the same room?

Any age. It all just depends on the children. 
My youngest (13m) is still waking 2-3 times a night (a down side to 4 months in the nicu) so we are waiting until we get him down to 0-1 wake a night before moving him in his sisters (freshyly 2) room.

At any age imo. Unless the toddler shows violence towards the baby of course.
