Blood clot at 6 -7 weeks

Hey first time mom here. This is my second pregnancy as my first ended in a mc last year in june. I went to the er on Wednesday on the 15 of November due to a gush of blood but no pain. One discharge paper says im still pregnant and one says they diagnosed me with a miscarriage. The bleeding stopped. This week i would bleed on and off. i passed 3 blood clots within a week still no pain. Im confused and scared and about to have a panic attack. My ultrasound is on Monday . Has anyone else went through this?
