I saw this post a while ago and I was curious of what you think of it?

I chuckled a little because dj khaled is easily the worst performer I’ve ever had the displeasure of sitting through. But other than that I’m indifferent. He’s a DJ. not a human rights advocate. If he doesn’t want to speak out about things that’s his right. He was also born and raised in the US so not sure what exactly people expect him to speak on. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Celebrities do not owe anyone their thoughts on world affairs. It’s ridiculous to think they do. Also, who cares.

Idk why people are so hell bent on some of these idiot celebrities giving political statements. I would dare to say MOST people don't fully understand politics and that particular situation enough to influence the world either way about it. Same thing with comedians or any other celebrity like why do I care what someone who has no political involvement has to say about a situation? Not everyone has to pick sides and made posts. If people are making a post just to make one on the situation it's just virtue signaling. This guy is (in my opinion) a complete moron in other things I e heard him speak on so why would I trust his opinion on anything political? Not everyone is a good source of information on a topic so complicated as a war.

Don’t know who that is. If he doesn’t have any power in his countries government to help what’s going on then I don’t know what is really being demanded of him.

I do think all of us have a responsibility to speak out when something is wrong. He’s got a powerful voice/platform- but not everyone is suited for that role, and being unprepared can have severe consequences. However, I don’t think Khaled needs to advertise what he does for his community. Maybe he’s helping out under the radar, we don’t know. I see this meme as just a roasting joke. 🤷‍♀️
