Thoughts? No increased cramping. 35+4. Isn’t it early for this? No recent intercourse

The mucus plug look exactly like described. It’s a huge blob of really thick booger type consistency. I started losing mine in my second pregnancy around 32 weeks. Lost the entire thing with the bloody show at 38 Weeks and was still induced 2 weeks later.   You can start losing pieces slowly or all at once.  This doesn’t look like it. Just some spotting. You could notify your OB if you want. But personally I wouldn’t. I’d just see if there’s more/it increases.

I had this at 16 weeks. Only happened once. Was just a small bleed and baby was fine. Just bring up to your doctor
