My son has always been a terrible sleeper. But for a few weeks we were down to 4 wake-up’s which was great for us! And then even better we went down to 2! Just for a few nights.

But this week he has been up every hour on the dot. I’m losing the wil to live, I’m working now and this is the most exhausting thing I’ve been through. What am I doing wrong? He puts himself to sleep- no nursing rocking etc just wide awake in his cot, people always told me that would fix it but it has literally changed nothing
