Gift ideas for mother-in-law? Please help!

I drew my mother in law for secret Santa this year and she is so hard to shop for! She's not a girly girl. She doesn't wear makeup, jewelry (aside from her wedding ring), doesn't get her hair or nails done, doesn't go to the spa or get massages, all she ever wears is jeans and a tshirt. She's just very simple. She doesn't really have any hobbies. She likes to garden, but she's been having joint problems the last several months, so I don't know how much she's actually going to be able to tend to her garden next year. I don't think she was able to do much this year. She has an abundance of indoor plants. She's not a drinker and not into drinkware (like all the water bottles and such). She drinks coffee, but doesn't need any more mugs. She doesn't go to coffee shops, or out eat much either. She works retail part time and then stays home most of time when she's off. They have dogs and cats. She's not into cute athletic things like matching kitchenware, serving dishes/platters, a cohesive decor style. Everything in their home is very mix matched. I've gotten her a few wall decor pieces in the past, some personalized, so I don't want to do that again. We have a good relationship, but not the kind where I could gift her a girls day with me or something. My husband isn't much help. He's just not the greatest gift giver lol, plus he has to come up with a gift for his secret Santa too. Every time I think of an idea, it's just not right for one reason or another. I tried searching on Etsy, but everything is either super cheesy or it's jewelry. I'm really crafty and can make just about anything, so any handmade suggestions would work too. The only idea I really have right now is a digital picture frame and load it up with photos of the whole family before giving it to her. I feel like there's something better though.
