When to have sex with OPKS

For 6 month we’ve been trying for our first, we have sex leading up to peak and peak day. It’s not working for us so want to try something different. 
When we get positive opk, should we continue to have sex for 2 days after I’ve read a lot about this. How did it work if you done this method?

Most will have sex the day of their first positive opk and the two days after. Make sure you are going by your first positive and not just the peak. Unless peak is your first positive. Opks also only test for the lh surge and not ovulation itself. It can take up to a year to conceive because you only have a 30% chance each cycle even when you time everything correctly. Unfortunately sometimes it just takes time.

I got pregnant doing at home insemination the day after peak.
I got peak the morning before and inseminated the afternoon the following day

That exactly what happened with our first. We would stop after peak but as soon as we continued we got pregnant. This time with our third we had sex every two days the entire week before and during fertile week and didn’t track or use anything and got pregnant first try. Baby dust ✨
