If you’re an autism mom I just need some advice please.

My son was diagnosed with level 3 autism. He is currently in SPED at his preschool and js receiving ABA therapy there as well. On his progress report he has not reached his goal yet. Next IEP Is in December and then towards the end of the school year. My question is depending on all the help that he needs is it possible that he can go from a level 3 to level 2? Or does it take time for him to reach that level depending on where his progress is thanks
