Period stains or Pregnancy Spotting...!!

I am a pcos patient and I was late for my periods for 10 days. I was supposed to get it on 19th November. Today afternoon i find some stains on my underpants. Im confused if its periods or pregnancy stains. Can you clear me?(I apologize if any one finds the picture offensive)
