Christmas themed gender reveal

Any ideas for a Christmas themed reveal? We found out with our first two before revealing to others but this time we want to be surprised at the same time so there will only be a couple of days between the ultrasound and when we will all find out.

I saw the smoke in a gingerbread house but I wouldn’t know where to get the smoke or a gingerbread house with a chimney.

Any other ideas?
