11/29/23- I’m on my CD 16 I just got out from follow up ultrasound scan to see where my follicles are at and it is still not where my RE wants me to be at. My biggest follicle is only at 12.8mm with a lining 6.8mm so my RE is given me another redose and this time its 5mg letrozole for 5 days. I’m so confused as to why I am getting a positive ovulation when my focillies are not ready. Can this be false postive ovulation due to PCOS?

Also anyone got a redose and able to conceive? How does it work? I’m just afraid my period might start soon. Let
