Question for people with toddlers.

This is a really random question but Idk who to ask. The internet will not give me the answer and I do not know anyone with a toddler to ask.

Anyway, I really want this shirt in a crop top but they don’t sell it as that, but they do have it on toddler sizes. Based on the measurements of some crop tops I own and their size charts, the 2T toddler size should be about the same as a size small crop top. But I am afraid I ll be wrong. They didn’t give measurement for sleeve sizes just width and length.

Question is:

Can toddler shirts pass as crop tops? Is a 2T toddler size similar to a size small crop top?
