Should I test?

this cycle on day 11 had protected sex. Then a week later on cycle day 25 I had unprotected sex I have been on birth control for 4 years already. I got my period November 16 the expected week but it was like two days heavy bleeding with clots the third day it was like medium heavy with some clots and I finished the fourth day with some blood throughout the day. Am I okay?
