Is an hour long air plane flight safe?

Well many second trimester expecting mums take a flight easily but is it really okay / safe / recommended/ has effects ?

Hi, my work actually requires me to travel a lot so since I found I was pregnant I had to do at least 4 different work trips with last one being UAE (almost 7hrs flight from Europe). It’s safe to fly but try to prioritize yourself and your wellbeing - travel in comfortable clothes, stay hydrated, consider wearing a mask and take good supplements that boost your immune system.
