Do you think its twins? Please help

At 4 week ultrasound the doctor said it’s two sac, and today at 6week 3days the doctor said he can’t confirm if the other sac is a sac. What do you think? Should I get a different opinion?

You probably had a pocket a blood next to sack at 4
Wks.  on 6 wks scan you deff would of seen 2 sacs. I found out at 5 wks I was having twins and it was pretty clear.

My ultrasound at 5 weeks looked like this my ob told me it’s 1 sac and I forget what the other thing was. I’m only pregnant with 1. 
Now my twins I didn’t have an early ultrasound but they said they can see accurately twins around 9-10 weeks

It does look like two. I didn’t find out until 7 weeks with mine because even though I saw the second at 5 she told me it wasn’t.
