Pregnancy after accutane?

Question

Has anyone given birth to a perfectly healthy baby after being on accutane at some point in your life? I’m really thinking about trying accutane but I’m scared that it’ll cause birth defects even if i’m not taking it anymore, or cognitive delays if I have a baby in the future. 
Likewise, have you had a partner that has been on accutane in the past and gotten pregnant with them long after they stopped treatment?

I took it as a teenager and have had two completely healthy kids in my late twenties and early thirties.

I know several people who were on accutane for years and have all had perfectly healthy babies after they stopped taking it.  Some of them had been off it for years.  Some only a few months.  The risk is getting pregnant while taking it which is why birth control is required

i’m also curious- i took accutane and been off of it for years now, but I still have dry lips. its so annoying. so im also wondering about how it’ll affect my baby if i ever decide to have one
