A bit overwhelming but excited!

My husband and I had pretty much given up thinking we'd have a baby since we'd been trying for years. Now I'm 40 and it's a bit overwhelming. Since I know I'm a higher risk at this age, we're going to tell our families today but going to wait for the end of the first trimester to announce it. I'm going to call the doctor's office on lunch today to make an appointment, but we don't really know what we need to do next :p
