Is it really admiration or jealousy?

My husband's father has been living with us for almost two and half years and well on the 20th of this month, he was going to bring his gf to live with us. However, she is already living with us bcs her daughter in law kicked her out. Why? I have no clue.

I have my husband's gf on my fb and she commented on my selfie saying she admires me alot and I am so beautiful. Every now and then she likes my photos. However now that my husband and his dad goes to work that leaves her in the house w/me and my kids. If i come in the room she only greets me but doesnt actually talk unless I start a convo. She offered to help me with my 4 mo daughter and when she takes her to her room, she closes the door and the other day she came in the living room to sit where my son and I was bcs she had my daughter and didnt say anything unless I said something first? I also noticed before she moved in I had some flowers in a bathroom and my son went into his grandads bathroom and noticed she cut some of my flowers I had in the one bathroom and she put them in their bathroom. Last night she came out when my husband and I were eating and I smiled at.her and she acted like she didnt see me and.looked at the floor and she greeted my husband but he wasnt even looking at her. What should I think of her? Im confused. I cant imagine a peron "admiring" me and then barely talking to me. Note: I am American and shes hispanic
