Baby acne or CMPA?

He's 5 weeks old and is currently on similac total care sensitive. He's very gassy and will spaz out sometimes when drinking a bottle to get gas out.

Our son has little blemishes like this as well and would be super gassy and cry all the way thru feeds and he has a cmpa and soy allergy - I’d tell w your pediatrician

Ohhh no mama ! My son look like that (5 now ) his cheeks would get that way and worse like so dry . He had a milk allergy for sure and he would cry and cry because his tummy and he had to get use to his new formula .
