New to IVF advice and reccomendations

We will be starting <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> in the next few months, what is something you wish you knew before starting or any recommendations you have otherwise. We have been ttc 5 years, 18 TI cycles with meds, 5 iuis. Also did you test your embryos, why or why not?
