Sorry for the picture but my baby is 2 1/2 weeks old and is EBF from the boob. She only poops like one big poop a day and throughout the day her wet diapers will have a little “poo stain” like she tried to poo but only a little came out. But her poop today was especially watery. Should I be concerned? Or does this look normal? I changed this diaper right away so it didn’t like sit and soak into the diaper at all ( idk if that’s a factor in the way it looks)
