😐 confused!!!

I was on letrozole 7.5 for days 3-7 of my cycle. I went to the fertility doctor on cycle day 11 and had 2 follicles, one in each ovary. Sizes 18.5 and 20. I was advised to trigger with ovidrel that evening which was Monday Dec 4th. Then told to have sex that evening and the following 3 days and start progesterone on Friday. However my device i use to track ovulation has told me i ovulated on FRIDAY! Dec 8! We did not have sex that day obviously, but my question is this, shouldn’t i of ovulated 36 hours after the shot? Could the trigger of messed with my temps?
