16 week ultrasound!

Hi everyone, I just got the ultrasound done and haven’t spoken to my doctor about the images yet. Does my little guy look 16 weeks + 4? I had a couple people tell me he looks like he’s older than that. He’s my first baby so I have nothing to compare. Does everything look normal as well?
