I need some help

I had an misscarge almost 4 weeks ago at 6 weeks.

A week ago I took a test it came out light a few days go by and I take another one and it was darker then the last one I also took a digital clear blue and it came out as positive

. I messaged my doctor and she sent me in to get my HCG levels it came back as 263. I’ve been having symptoms like I used to but they told me to come in next week. Could this be a new pregnancy? Any opinion will help thanks.
