Soar nipples 4months postpartum

Hey girls, i wanted to come on here and ask any women that has gotten pregnant while breastfeeding what were the first signs. Currently this week i have been having extremely soar nipples and i actually never really had soar nipples not even when i first started breast feeding my baby. And i actually have been cramping quite a bit as well. I have not takin a pregnancy test but it is quite strange to me how soar my nipples are and how much i have been cramping.
