Looking for a free app or something maybe a book to help with the above
Suffering with bad anxiety, low self esteem, lack of motivation
Really need to sort myself out and pull myself together.
I’m a really bad over thinker and super critical of everything.
I need to change be grateful for what I have and fix my crippling anxiety.
Been doctors for anxiety but always referred to Cbt which I haven’t found helpful
