Could my bf have givin me STD?

So a few weeks ago around the 3rd of December I started getting symptoms so I’m thinking yeast infection. I went and got tested cause my bf who I met on a trip, / and I were sexually active. But before I came to my trip I was getting freaky with an old fling. So my test came back positive for chlymedia. I called and told him cause I was really freaked out he said he hasn’t had sex in six months. So we both assumed it was me cause I was sexually active but I get tested between partners. Prior to my trip I had taken a full blown STD and STI test and was waiting for the result. I contacted my ex partner and told him to get tested. I recently got my results for my test and everything was negative and my ex sexual partner got tested and he was negative. I sent my bf a copy of the test and he didn’t say anything about it. Here I am feeling dirty and embarrassed about something that he could have given to me. I can’t shake this off. I need to talk to my bf about it. I know some men can carry it without showing any symptoms. I did get him treatment as well as I. He didn’t want to get tested cause he doesn’t like the dr and needles. The worst part about it is the shame and pain I went through. I was swearing off having sex cause it hurts so much. How do I bring this up?
