I HATE my neighbors

I hate my neighbors so much. They've just moved in and we've already had issues. The first night they moved in the music was loud until late and we had to ask for them to lower it down because have a baby. The next day they played music again, this time loud enough my walls were vibrating. Me and my husband work from home and also have a baby. My husband again explained we work from home and if they can turn it down. Since then the noise has continued. We've complained to management and management said that's not tolerated. They spoke to them yet they continue to do it. My husband asks nicely for them to turn it down but they're so trashy they just don't care. I don't want to hear their music every damn day. Like they pay rent to make noise I also pay rent and deserve some damn peace. I didn't want to move into an apartment but with money troubles I didn't have a choice. Now I'm stuck here for a year.
