Implantation bleeding?

I was supposed to get my period yesterday. I took plan b 7 days ago. And last night I was bleeding like this? Is this my period?

If you’re supposed to start then this is definitely your period.
Implantation bleeding isn’t really a thing and isn’t well proven. Also plan b reallllllyyyy messes with hormones so it can change your cycles drastically
