Are you temping at the same time every morning after 3+ hours of consecutive sleep before you move or get up? Also you may have started temping too late. Bbt should be done from cd1.

I think you need to start daily monitoring earlier, monitoring during your period helps set the baseline for comparison (I’m new also but have been reading a lot on Reddit, checkout f/tfabchartstalkers)
